Email campaigns


For Booking.com I have designed a series of emails focused on themes like shopping, seasons, destination highlights etc.
All emails were responsive and cross-client, coded in HTML and CSS and A/B tested on the subscribed audience.

Another series of A/B tested emails was related to personalisation for new subscribers.
Based on browsing data and user input, the emails would show personalised offers and inspirational content.
My design work for the email marketing team also supported the launch of new products.
The emails would promote the new products to existing subscribers, testing the response and engagement and providing data for future iterations.
